We are excited to welcome back best-selling author David Nicholls for the launch of his fabulous new novel YOU ARE HERE.

We are huge fans of David and he has been coming to the shop since the publication of his million-selling ONE DAY (screening on NETFLIX in February in a new film adaptation).

David’s new book is a love story which unfolds on a walk across the north of England (Wainwright’s Coast To Coast walk) – the story of two lonely people, Michael and Marnie, both a little lost and wary of company but who, over the miles, come to see the possibility of a new beginning opening up before them. Witty, unexpected and thoughtful – we’ve both read the book in proof and loved it. It’s also a book with maps – and who doesn’t love a book with maps? Without a doubt our ‘book of the year’ so far!
