This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website ( On some of our website pages you can reserve places at events and register to receive our newsletter. One these pages we might collect the following information:

  • Your phone number

Please note that for your security when you purchase a ticket through our website we do not retain your credit card information. Instead that information passes directly from you to our online payment processor (Stripe).

How we use information

When you order tickets of on our website (and/or email us order any other product) we only use the information that you provide us with to complete that order. We never share this information with any other person.

When you give us your email address for the purpose of an enquiry or order we will reply to that email address but we will not share it with anyone else and we will not use it for any other purpose.

On our website you can choose to sign-up to our newsletter using your email address. We will use that email address only for that purpose and will not share it with anyone else other than as required for the technical dispatch of the newsletter. We will not sign you up to our newsletter unless you expressly ask us to do so.

Data security

We have our own procedures in place at Simply Books to prevent unauthorised access to any information we collect online and to maintain the security and correct use of the data and information we collect.

We never knowingly collect or maintain information through our website from those under the age of 13.
