… get ready for an evening of uproarious mystery comedy
An hilarious black comedy based on a stranger than fiction true story set in a 1920’s seaside town. Deeply conservative Edith (Olivia Colman) and rowdy Irish migrant Rose (Jessie Buckley) are neighbours. When Edith and fellow residents begin to receive wicked letters full of the most extraordinary profanities foul-mouthed Rose stands accused of being their author…but as the town’s women begin to investigate the crime themselves they suspect something is amiss and all may not be as it seems…
Please note this film includes (a lot) of obscene and profane language.
Foul-mouthed fun!
